Since our inception in 1968, we've developed a total of 171 housing units for qualified families, Senior citizens, and disabled individuals. It is our belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to live in housing they can afford regardless of their walk in life.

How can we help you today?


If you complete an online housing application for the Warren Housing Authority Waiting Lists (Public Housing Apartments, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Emergency Housing Voucher or Twin River Housing Apartments (for people 62 years of age or older or mobility impaired), you must also submit your additional information such as all birth certificates (no black/white copy), all social security cards (no black/white copies), all adults 18 year of age or older must provide a photo identification card and current proof of income online to warrenha@sbcglobal.net or brought to our office at 801 West Central Street, Warren, AR 71671.
